The Cuivre River Electric Community Trust Board awarded $65,000 in college scholarships to 65 students during its meeting held on June 8, 2023. A total of 169 applications were submitted.

Scholarship funds are donated by Cuivre River Electric members who participate in Operation Round Up by rounding up their electric bill payments each month to the next highest dollar.

Note: Students receiving scholarships will receive a check made payable to their college in the mail in 4-6 weeks.
