CREC’s President/CEO Doug Tracy was recently appointed to the Regulatory Compliance Committee of the Association of Missouri Electric Cooperatives (AMEC).

Tracy, who has been with CREC for 19 years, will have responsibility for reviewing federal regulations which affect Missouri’s electric cooperatives and ensuring that the co-ops are informed of these regulations.

AMEC represents more than 47 electric cooperatives in the state, including CREC, and serves more than 580,000 cooperative members.
