Does the Application or Site collect precise real-time location information of the device?
When you visit the mobile application, or visit cuivre.com on a mobile device, we may use GPS technology (or other similar technology) to determine your current location in order to determine the city you are located within and display a location map with relevant advertisements. We will not share your current location with other users or partners.
If you do not want us to use your location for the purposes set forth above, you should turn off the location services for the mobile application located in your account settings or in your mobile phone settings and/or within the mobile application.
What are my opt-out rights?
APPLICATION: You can easily stop all collection of information by the Application by uninstalling the Application. You may use the standard uninstall processes that may be available as part of your mobile device or via the mobile application marketplace or network. You can also request to opt out via email, at crec@cuivre.com.
SITE: We do not collect personally identifiable information about you through the Site unless you voluntarily provide it. At any time, you may opt out of providing such personally identifiable information by simply not providing it or by discontinuing your use of the CREC website. To improve the Site, we collect information on the number of visits to the Site, the time visitors spend on the website, the number of pages viewed, and the domains from which visitors visit the Site. This information is only analyzed by us in the aggregate; it is not associated with any specific individuals.
Data Retention Policy, Managing Your Information
We will retain your information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide you with our Services. We will also retain and use your information as necessary to comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements.
Your Choices and Rights
· Access and Correction: You may access and update your account information by logging into your account on the Site or Application.
· Communication Preferences: You may opt out of receiving promotional emails from us by following the unsubscribe instructions in those emails. You cannot opt out of receiving service-related communications.
