The 2026 Photo Contest submission period is now open! Cuivre River Electric Cooperative members are invited to participate in the 23rd Annual Photo Contest. Prizes will be awarded for Best of Show and Best Young Photographer, and 12 photographs will be selected for the 2027-member calendar. Please read through the rules below before submitting. Submissions will close on Friday, August 21, 2026 at 5 p.m.
Official Photo Contest Rules
- Only Cuivre River Electric Cooperative members are eligible.
- Limit two entries per person. An entry form is required for each photo.
- Submit 8" x 10" print on photo-quality paper or email a high-resolution digital file (minimum 200 dpi) of the photograph to aphillips@cuivre.com. Use the best camera setting to obtain 8" x 10" print quality.
- The image must be horizontal (landscape format)
- One prize award per photographer
- Photos may be any appropriate subject or scene from any season but must be taken in the Cuivre River Electric service area (Lincoln, Pike, St. Charles, and Warren counties).
- Deadline for entries is August 21, 2026.
- Photos become the property of Cuivre River Electric Cooperative and will not be returned.
