If there’s a planned maintenance or an unexpected outage in your area, having your current contact information ensures we can notify you via text, email, or phone. This ensures you’re never left in the dark (literally and figuratively) and can make arrangements as needed.

Capital credits, similar to profit margins in other businesses, are reserved for you even if you discontinue CREC service. The co-op will attempt to reach you when refunds are made but your current address must be on file. This is also important if you establish a new service — make sure to let us know if you’ve previously been a CREC member so that we can keep your past and current records up to date.

Updating your contact information is quick and easy. You can do it through any of the following methods:
• Member Portal: Log in to your account on CREC’s website and update your details under “account profile.”
• Mobile App: Use our mobile app, MyCuivre, to make changes on the go.
• Member Support: Call us at 800-392-3709 and our team can assist you.
• In-Person: Visit us at our Troy or Lake Saint Louis office, and our staff will help you update your information. CREC values our relationship with you and is committed to providing reliable service. Keeping your contact information updated is a simple yet vital step in ensuring we can communicate effectively and serve you better.
